Debbie & Joe Komperda (the Average Joe Beekeeper) are Beekeepers also known as “Beeks”. Interested in caring for our environment and helping the bees we teach others about the fascinating world of Honey Bees.  We have hives in the Denver Metro Area including Flat Acres Farm, the Historic 17 Mile House Farm Park, Centennial Airport, Dove Valley, The Denver Broncos Football Club Training Center and other host locations. Services we provide include management & maintenance of Bee Hives for Corporate Clients and  Communities.

We welcome opportunities to address local Schools, Garden Clubs, Senior Centers and other Organizations on Honey Bees and Beekeeping.

Joe, a Certified Master Beekeeper, offers a series of classes, presentations and seminars in the Average Joe’s Guides “Bee-Engaged” series of Beekeeping Information and Instruction.
