The first quarter 2023 Virtual Classes of “Bee-Engaged: An Average Joe Beekeeper’s Guide to Basic Beekeeping” are Open for Registration…

This Basic Beekeeping Class is for those who are thinking about becoming Beekeepers (“Wanna-Bees”) and for Beginning Beekeepers (“New-Bees”) or Intermediate Beekeepers (“Lotta-Bees”) looking for a Basic Beekeeping refresher course.

These classes will be run via Zoom on three consecutive Monday evenings in January, february & March 2023 from 6:30 – 9:30 pm MT. Class dates are:

January 16, 23 & 30, 2023

February 6, 13 & 20, 2023

and

March 6, 13 & 20, 2023.

This course is certified as one of the Colorado State Beekeeping Association (CSBA) prerequisite Basic Beekeeping Courses for the CSBA’s Master Beekeeping Program’s Apprentice Level.

Total contact time is 9 hours (three 3 hour sessions) and registration is $99 per household.

Note: A minimum of 4 students will be necessary to hold class. If the class minimum is not met, registrants will either be moved to the next class or granted a full refund.
2023 Wyoming Bee College Dates Announced!
The 2023 Wyoming Bee College has bee scheduled for Friday & Saturday, March 24 & 25, 2023 in Cheyenne, WY. More information will be posted as the event details are finalized.

H-Api New Year! Time to Renew Your Beekeeping Club Memberships!

With the arrival of the New Year coming up, most Local Bee Clubs and Associations will be collecting Membership Dues for 2023. Most Beekeeping Meetings now back in-person but some are offering hybrid meetings with the opportunity to attend virtually via Zoom or other teleconferencing platforms.
Don’t forget to renew your Memberships for 2023 so you won’t miss out on the Education, Knowledge, Networking, Socialization (both in-person and virtually) and Information available from your Local Clubs and Associations. Remember “Beekeeping Is Local!”
